The Mastermind Collective seeks a driven, high-performing outside sales individual to lead the expansion across 2014 and beyond.

The Account Executive will be responsible for sales and account management for our clients. You will have the ultimate responsibility for managing client relationships, developing proposals and implementing marketing strategies to ensure your clients’ success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work with awesome local businesses nationwide
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high-activity, high-energy environment.
  • Build and manage your pipeline from cold calling to close, and crushing your quota
  • Expand customer relationships that ensure renewal and increase business
  • Develop top performer sales skills with our training and mentorship programs.
  • Thrive with the support of our teammates in daily/weekly meetings and fun team challenges.
  • Earn additional prizes, perks, and promotions by working hard and having fun.
  • Work from home office

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Someone who wants to make a big impact for local businesses AND be part of a winning team
  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience
  • A desire to develop and grow with cutting edge sales training and programs.
  • Documentation of Success (Applicable to Experienced Applicants)
